RTev, regarding how Nscp benefits from Aol increased dominance.... and I understand its just speculation, nscp still needs to innovate and they were stalled there for a while.... in any case internet issues such as yahoo are largely valued with mkt share, eyeballs etc. They use all these interesting measurements none of which have anything to do with making a profit, still, if nscp emerges as the #1 browser again (could happen) then nscp will rival aol as #1 portal, and you KNOW that has to be worth something. Nscp was written off for dead by lots of pundits and that will likely change.

Msft really just needs better legal counsel imo, I am not a msft basher.... but from what I am reading, they are losing.
