Dan: Buzzards only circle were there is something, even if rotten, the activity is strictly for the purpose of consumption. No matter how foul to others. It still must have some value to the vulture. There is nothing of value here. It is more of an exercise of nailing a cover over a well and showing people the danger before the cap is placed. A real danger is someone that says, " I lost my little boy in that well, but ain't no sense in you folks knockin the well. So day oil could gush outta dat dar well." No , no oil will gush. Not even a penny will be found near the capped grave. There is still room for people to sue the pants off these people. You get numb and read all kinds of things that you believe relieve them of obligation. That is so wrong. They violated all of that when they lied to you. They are fat and I already demonstrated to you they have other businesses. Go and get your money! Good Luck TG
