I, for one, took the release as good news. It seems that a written commitment has been made to go forward with the IPO---albeit within a few weeks, whatever that may mean. There are only two downsides I can see, assuming that the entire market doesn't self-destruct---(1) investors have to wait longer for a sizeable run-up and (2) may have to endure some downtime in between. Will likely see some buying opportunities over the next month. JMHO mph

<meet me at the market> the market will have a welcome wagon for you on instinet before 9:30 with bad tidings. There is alot of confusuion because the early headline saye navr confirmed the ipo. Its only in the later release that they state they will FILE "in the next several weeks". To boot .CBS marketwatch got it wrong off the early release . ill sell you all you want at 18.
