ripass rally = vertical for 2 or 3 days as shorts take amazingly quick profits and suckers jump on the wagon (little do they know what lies around the corner.. ho ho ho) after the DOW declines to around 8500.

all of this assumes of course that we get a sharp selloff soon (tomorrow) that lasts about 3 days and knocks off about 1000 points on the DOW. The refunding tomorrow could be the catalyst. If it goes bad... bye bye bond mkt and bye bye stocks. 800 points in 3 days will be too much to pass up for languishing bears and eager dipsters.

UTIL should resume its decline tomorrow after its 2-day bear flag.
