<<60 MM households>>

Boy, that's some kind of penetration rate compared to actual statistics...

<<According top industry sources, as of December 31, 1997, there were 98.0 million homes in the United States with a television set, 65.7 million basic cable television subscribers, and 2.1 million homes with satellite dish receivers, excluding direct broadcast satellite households which are included in the cable households.>>

Is that really possible for only the number 3 company in the industry?

Baaa-a-a-a (Not!)

Tom, you ask
"...So who on this thread has spent 16 cents on SATH merchandise last month?"

Well, let's look at the question another way.

If one person purchased one set of trading cards (there's a chance of finding a Mcquire rookie card in there), and this set of cards cost $199, which is actually a low price for much of their sports memorabilia, then that one sale would account for 1,244 households. (199/.16per household per month)

So I guess you are actually asking, which one of you on this site (1 out of 1,244households) bought something from SATH. Now that sounds a lot more believable, doesn't it.
