"OT" MEL and MMK Put options

instead of shorting a stock you can buy puts on that stock.
For instance if you think DELL is going to go down instead of paying
104 per share you could buy Feb 100 puts for 4 5/8 per contract

If the stock goes down your puts go up in value and you sell them for more money. If the stock goes up or stays the same, the value of your puts will go down.
