LB, This is a good point and something which makes you wonder about the organizational component, unless they simply would prefer to avoid a vote and there is a passive aggressive plan afoot. However, since I haven't spoken with ATIS in at least a month, I can't really comment about this particular concern. Of course, I always wish you the best, and how about those Canes. Marshall

Larry. I sold a few thousand shares when I was reading the Yahoo board post about Zoom and all. I got the proxy and I thought no cover letter? Felt the same way you did. But I never sold it all and have bought more again. I would recommend you reconsider having a few shares that, you would feel comfortable with, knowing the risk with all Bio-techs. If for no other reason that the posters are not ATIS, just because its cheap dosn't mean the company is worthless. Buy a few shares and bury it someplace and maybe you'll be rewarded. Darrel
