Real Vision is Patriot's distributor in Japan. They handle all sales there, including licensing. They also make things from cores like the PSC1000 (they rep and make parts/products).

VSAC is an organization that, having licensed the core from Patriot, makes it available for small Japanese companies to try out the technology without having to go to the expense of licensing it first (VSAC's clients make prototypes, and ONLY prototypes, on VSAC's license). If one of VSAC's clients decide to go into production, they then license from Patriot, pay any up-front fees, and per chip royalties.

As we all are aware the company is awaiting the Olea order $ to fund ...... at any time. Although the wait is stressful it seems to be a viable order and will provide much needed capital and attention. If you are confident of that order funding, then PTSC could make a move into the $ area soon. Any guess when this may happen?
