Vitas to the contrary, if the funding goes well the market moves up or if the funding has low demand the market will tank.

IMHO the funding will go well. Yields are high IMHO relative to inflation.

The last thing left for a possible move up is the money moving into advancing NYSE issues. That has been positive for the last couple of weeks. It can be checked by looking at the daily ARMs and the 5-day ARMs. When that fails, we will go down. If the ARMs today is above 1, stays there, and edges higher, then the overall market is in trouble.
