Gregg22, Don't know if 1 through 5 have any validity but I do know from past hardened experience that Bear Sterns have represented a bunch a scum sucking manipulative pigs. When will Merill Lynch grow some balls and show who really has balls in this play! I'm tired of helplessly sitting on the sidelines knowing the facts and watching the game players victimize this stock. Enough is enough already!!!

greg22...If several Vivus execs have started to buy VVUS stock last week then we should start to see the 144 forms filed on EDGAR soon. The 400+ Viagra user death count will be followed by the 500+ and the 600+, etc till someone forces the FDA, MCA, etc to require specific additional testing. I think well see Astra/Zeneca and Vivus cut a deal in the spring time. Patience will win out...hold on to your VVUS shares and pick up some more at these prices.
