Thank's for the report, Voltaire! Burning tongue is standard aspartame reaction. The stuff degrades into formaldehyde & formic acid in the can! During the Olympics here in Atlanta there were mountains of Coke in front of all the gas stations, but NO Diet Coke. We spread the word from the Congressional Record* print of the National Soft Drink Assn manifesto stating it breaks down in front of gas stations in hot weather. They "ran out" of DC on the torch parade, too. Just had Coke Classic. You'll see other vague symptoms disappear too. My very best to you, Voltaire! [Pssst!
