I can't say for sure that's all they want, but there doesn't appear to be an order number or anything attached to their e-mails asking you to confirm:

I wouldn't send one every night, you might get booted just for annoying them, but it appears you could send it whenever a deal prices. Though I'm not sure how they would do it if two deals priced in one night, how would they tell your confirmations apart?
