You want to take a close look at the release:
"Shop At Home knows broadcasting, on-air talent and marketing. They need someone who has real Internet expertise"

This money manager should listen to himself. Sounds like SATH doesn't have a clue about Internet commerce. So what will SATH offer its partner - free advertisements on the "Shop At Home Channel"? Anyone can get SATH's knowledge for a hell of a lot less then half a billion dollars.
