Well, I suppose that you could sell all and buy REIT's. If that is your investment strategy, fine! Me? I'll just hold onto the rest of my CSCO shares. I wouldn't blame you if you pulled out of the market. It _is_ overpriced and I expect it to come down significantly. Think about it: the world was in turmoil six months ago. The market was hitting lows galore and everyone was panicking. Then, the Fed cuts rates. And cuts them again. And cuts them again. And the market bounces back up and the economy grows 5%. You don't see what is happening? The economy has never grown so fast without inflation. So, on Feb 18th, take a look at what the CPI report is. Cuz if inflation starts creeping up, watch the Fed raise rates. And all hell breaks loose in the markets. If the CPI remains steady, the Fed won't do anything. Not yet at least. I hope that there is lots of inflation so that I can get in real cheap into some great securities! JMO....
