A few facts:

1) Possible delay was for-shadowed in the cc with expression
of optimism.

2) Announcement today came at the very end of 60 days and
is open ended. That is, several weeks is stated but only
as a time frame...the IPO could come very soon, anytime still.

I think NAVR was advised by its lawyers to put out an open ended release to cover all bases...but it does not state any time period.

I still feel management is working to get this thing done...I
don't feel hoodwinked or misled. Paulsen was on the 26th
comfortable with the timetable...I feel he still is...But,
("and its a big But" (LOL)), legal recommendation
was to put out this very formal statement.

Back to the high teens within a week.

Berney,
You may have chance to pick up more at a point or two lower, but you better move fast!! Most people view today's announcement as positive confirmation of the IPO...Only the "newcomers" (not all of them) come in with dire predictions of doom and gloom....This stock, if it goes down tomorrow, will not stay down for long...It will start going up into the 20s within a very short time...
