I went to the Greenline President Dinner last week in Winnipeg. It consisted of a couple very quick speeches, some mediocre finger food and free drinks for two hours. You figure after charging me $10,000+ in commission over the past year they should at least give me a sit down dinner and a good cigar.

You can go there to bitch but I couldn't find anyone to listen or at least understand what I was talking about. The two people demonstrating Webbroker were completely useless. They just kept saying that the new release of Webbroker would have a faster web page and nothing else of substance. The rest of the people I talked to just had a blank look on their face like they have never traded a stock before and didn't have a clue what I was talking about.

Best Regards
KEITH

Can we bitch about WebBroker there?

That's the only reason I'd go. :-)

If they're anything like some of the folks on the phone, they'll act like you're the first person who's complained.

Webbroker was a pig this morning. "Two of the servers are overloaded", I was told. Hellooooooooooooooooooooooo.

I mentioned that when an online brokerage is this unreliable in the US, the Attorney General of NY investigates. "It's hard to get the government up here to do much of anything", I was told.
