Go to the link, look at the Bingo.com corporate record there. Then look at the bottom left corner of the record. There is a "Document Image" link. There are three images there available for download. Download the Amendment, it is 4 pages. It is the Amendment to the corporate charter, authorizing 50M shares among other things. Also that Darren is the sole Director, that they can engage in related party transactions without liability. It is quite a read. It reminds one of the importance of Corporate Governance standards.
