If they so desire what better time than now when expectations are for MUCH higher prices this is just a way of takin' care of a few people.

Thats exactly what I'm talking about, they know the price will be much higher...

during certain quiet periods when insiders are prevented from selling, insiders will sell knowing news or events may preclude them from selling for a period of time; so insiders will sell a limited number of shares for whatever reason (they need the money, or they do it at a set period,...) until the future restricted period will end.
