Will UPCOY also get its IPO in Europe ? Yes. The IPO involves 40 million shares - 22.4 million shares in Europe and 17.6 million shares in the US. MSFT will be buying 300 million worth of stock (around 10 million shares) - these shares will be coming from the 17.6 million US component of the IPO. Besides the above 40 million shares, UIHIA owns 77 million shares and the employees own around 6 million shares. Total # of outstanding shares - 123 million Regards. Rajiv
