Welcome to BLLS Julie. Let me take a crack at answering your questions.

1) Simple rules of supply and demand, coupled with the fact that the public float is small (2 or 3 Million). Also as mentioned on this thread, there are only a handful of Companies out there that currently offer EBPP. It is safe to say that the demand for this product will be huge therefore this Company is valued on potential, in any case it certainly seems like it has no problem holding at the $8.00 share price.

2) It's obvious the Company has some sort of connections in the European Financial markets, that is evident in the buy-rec put forth by Deutsche Bank Geneva. The Berlin market is the European equivalent to the OTC BB. Therefore as the OTC is a stepping stone to NASDAQ the Berlin Exchange is the stepping stone to the EASDAQ - and with the monetary conversion to the EURO this is a market that cannot be overlooked. BLLS should be applauded for having the foresight to open new channels of distribution in this newly emerging and predominant financial marketplace.

3) What differentiates BLLS from the other's is their approach to the EBPP market. BLLS is tackling the small and medium business that would otherwise not be able to afford EBPP because of the small number of bills sent per month. Billserv offers a complete turnkey solution to business in that by utilizing the services of Billserv a company receives 4 key elements of EBPP which include:

Billing Clearinghouse Services
Consulting Services
Internet Presentment of Statements
Customer Interaction Center.

Billserv is not just a bill presentment company they are a complete service company.

I hope this helps

>>3) What makes this company better or different than other more established EBPP players.

I take it questions one and two have been answered?

So three....it's one to many. Their plan is to do it once with all the Primary delivery services..and then resell to many small billers who can't afford...in either time or money to deliver the bill where the consumer wants their billing sent. Thereby giving the small guy, business, the same distribution channels as larger billers...and then they will mark up this 'value added' service to the smaller biller.

BillServe.com is an EBPP distribution play on the small biller market.
