Tim,
If Brett can answer the questions of 10 people by replying to one question online, that saves 10 telephone conversations. That's the beauty of the internet and that is why people are buying those internet stocks. It lowers the overall cost. If I can read all the messages on this message board and get my questions answered, so can everyone else. Brett won't have to answer the same questions repeatedly on the telephone at 5 minutes per call. Brett will then have time to make sure the site is running fine.

Not to worry. I'm sure ABWatley has an advertising and public relations budget. Given that this thread offers a fine opportunity for "focused" marketing, ABWatley doubtless is happy for the opportunity to spend its PR resources here. These PR resources were never going to be spend on your data feed anyway, so don't fret.

Did you ever consider that by posting here Watley is SAVING a very large amount of time?

If I call with a question - the same question they have been asked over and over again! - they must continue to answer this same question one on one.

However, if I post here and they answer it, hundreds of people do not need to call!

This is, after all, the communication age - doing just what it is suppose to do!
