Oh quit winning!

I have had @Home service via TCI since Nov '96. In that time, it took TCI.NET almost 1 year to resolve an intermittent cable modem connection problem (it turned out to be a bad power cord!). They messed up my e-mail service twice, I have received someone else's e-mail, and had a major performance problems after they updated some router code. All those problems have been resolved and the speed if far beyond anything else available.

You have to separate your personal problems and frustrations from your business discussions. What I found, with every call that I had to make to their customer service, are indications that this company is going through some serious and rapid growing pains… A PROBLEM A LOT OF COMPANIES WISH THEY HAD!

When AOL was going through similar growing pains, it got so bad that, several state attorney generals wanted to file suit against the company. Want to guess what AOL's stock price was.

If you don't like the service, cancel it! If you want to gamble, short it! If you want to make money… THINK! (But please, stop winning!).

t.s.
