They are running production thru the roof. How that is going to help the bottom line we will have to wait and see.Production costs are way down because of more in-house fabrication, which was the main costs associated with building the charge air cooler.I wish they did more reporting as far as production. The reason for not reporting more is to keep the competition from knowing how much they are doing.Did anyone at TCT tell you when the financing will be completed?Did they say when the stock is going to rebound? There has got to be something the management could be doing to get this stock back up.Maybe we share-holders should make a little more noise.Do you get the impression they don't really care about stockholder return,or maybe they like buying up all of these discounted shares from disgruntled investors? They don't want to make me angry again!!(ggg)

TCT REACHES DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT WITH WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTOR

Thermal Control Technologies Corp. (ASE:TCT NASD OTC PINK SHEETS:TCTCF) is pleased to announce that it has established a distribution agreement with Pacific Truck and Trailer for the sale of TCT's Charge Air Coolers throughout Pacific's extensive parts distribution network in Western Canada. Pacific operates in all four Western Canadian Provinces and the management of TCT feels that this development is yet another positive step in gaining market acceptance and increased product sales.

The Commerce and Economic Development Commission (which has been established to provide assistance for business retention, relocation and expansion in the State of Arizona) of the Arizona Department of Commerce has awarded a low interest loan to TCT in the amount of U$500,000. These funds will be used in connection with manufacturing equipment previously purchased for TCT's Prescott manufacturing facility. Interest charged on the loan will be 3% for years 1 and 2, 5% for years 3 and 4 and 7% for the remaining three years. This low interest loan is an example of the advantages and incentives enjoyed by Thermal Control Technologies Corp. in their relocation to Prescott, Arizona.

TCT is a manufacturer of advanced heat exchange equipment for sale and distribution into the automotive, heavy duty truck and industrial equipment, agricultural and marine engine aftermarkets. TCT's major product is a line of revolutionary charge air coolers for aftermarket installation on Class 8 heavy-duty trucks and on buses. TCT is also an OEM supplier of complete cooling systems to heavy-duty trucking and industrial manufacturers.
