Happy and smart goes together here; you have both. :))) The on-line brokerages would not have touched the "margin" requirement to 100% if they were not facing real risk. When the risk is gone, then "margins" are their major revenue/earnings sources. At what price level do you think the new money from eager re-tailers will come in? The day-traders/retailers/shorts, all try to fuel and kill each other.
