Can anyone be kind enough to tell me what the expected earnings of 0.31 could do to the price of the stock. What if it is higher/lower than expected.

I am starting to look at these stocks and do not quite understand the concept yet!!

Thanks,
Chris K.

Hi all; My EE-Times article update is a little late, I caught a sore throat from hell this weekend. Feeling better now, though.

A couple DELL investor went a little too long:
$35000 margin call

looking at a margin call, probably less than $10,000.

The bursting of this stock market bubble is still a long way off, I believe. I don't think we will see a substantial market decline until the general public is absolutely forced to sell stocks. My guess is that this will occur soon after the unemployment rate makes a substantial move higher, say to levels double what it is currently at. Until then, the federal reserve continues to pump money into the economy in an effort to stave off global economic collapse.

Anyway, Intel is going to have to down-grade its initial Rambus compatible parts:

Chip-set delays seen pushing back rollout of Katmai PCs
Difficulties in taking the Intel Camino chip set to the speeds necessary to accommodate a 133-MHz system bus may delay the rollout of personal computers based on the full-speed Rambus technology, sources said.

P.S. Welcome to all the "rainy day" bears who only show up on this thread when something bad happens to DELL...
