Re What are the rates for TD greenline President's club? and what is TD Evergreen?? I have a President's account for my company, but have not traded in it for some time. From what I remember, they rebated 10% of the previous month's on-line commissions the following month. You also get a faster telephone number with more experienced order takers if you are phoning in orders, a 'gift' of some kind at the beginning of the year (Trader's almanac, etc) and a different statement format. TD Evergreen is their full service brokerage operation. John

Presidents Club has 3 levels of discounts. Silver, Gold and Platinum which give 5, 10, and 15% commission discounts respectively. Silver is $5k commissions or $250k in acct, Gold is $10k commissions and Platinum is $15k commissions (all in the past 12 months). The BEST part of Presidents Club is the separate number they give you so you don't have to sit there waiting 1 minute listening to crap opening stuff and then waiting on hold for another 2 minutes and then finally get on with a real person who after getting your info needs to transfer you to a trader -- And then the trader will have just started the day before so it takes him a long time to go through all your trades for the day so he can figure out if he can put your order through or not. With Presidents Club, you'll typically get through to a live experienced trader within 1-4 rings and away you go! For mission critical stuff, I always use this rather than going through WebBroker which can sometimes be very unreliable. Other than that you also get something like 38 free research reports, 180 minutes on their Micromax system etc.
