Paulson's filing to sell a few of his shares is definitely a sign the IPO is coming; any dips would be a welcome opportunity to buy. Yet, since the IPO is a sure thing, it would seem ridiculous to sell.

I totally agree with you, Glenn.

I suspect some of the movement in NAVR the next few days will not be options but margin related. I am pretty sure there are a number of people who bought NAVR on margin, expecting to make a fast hit within a few days. Now that they see the IPO announcement is going to be delayed, many will bail ship.

So now we longs have the shorts, day traders, options traders, and people on margin against us.
