LT: He's in a rock-hard-place situation. If things have slowed (they have) and he doesn't own up to it, thinking that another quarter's worth of splippage can be masked with some further accounting slickness, he runs the risk of donating a good part of that $1.0 billion back to the shareholders as a result of BIG class action suits. I dislike the "extortionist" aspects of many class action suits, but this one would be a beauty, given the circumstances. We'll know this evening. Best, Earlie.
