Navarre's Net Radio Unit Confirms Plans To
File For IPO

MINNEAPOLIS -- Navarre Corp.'s (NAVR) Net Radio Corp. unit confirmed
its intention to file for intitial public offering of common stock.

As reported Dec. 9, Navarre announced plans to file with the Securities &
Exchange Commission within 60 days for an initial public offering of a portion
of its NetRadio business, an online music provider. The company first
announced plans to take NetRadio public in July, but delayed the move when
financial markets fell in late summer.

In a press release Monday, the company said it expects to file with the SEC
within the next several weeks.

Navarre Corp. sells prerecorded music and personal computer software and
entertainment markets.
