RH: Thanks for the Insider Trading information. If you get a chance, check out Heico Corp. (NYSE:HEI). This is the company that bought Radiant from Derlan last week. They're in the process of raising US$75 million through the issue of 4,000,000 shares. I read the registration statement at Edgar and it states the company is raising the money to pay down debt and make acquisitions. Derlan Aerospace would fit in well with their plans for global and product diversification. I'm not saying that they're eyeing Derlan, in fact I doubt it, but you never know.
