I spoke with IR yesterday, actually the person who released the press release. She said there was not much she could say. I asked her could they confirm that they are on course as the Navarre head confirmed in his conference call. She said, That I can confirm that everything is going as planned and there are no delays. She also told me that there is no sixty day timeframe that they believed was imperative to meet.

Two hours later she sent the initial press release

I agree with you on the early news regarding the IPO. It is always safe to have some room incase market is not very cooperative or other business reasons. I am looking to add to my position if this goes below 14-15. Also, CNBC mentioned NAVR couple of times regarding the spinoff. Let's see how the market reacts.
