The names mentioned most often are National Discount Brokers, Ameritrade, Suretrade, and DATEK. There are others, of course.

DATEK does not deal in OCT/BB issues bowever, but their trades for listed NYSE/AMER/NADAQ issues are almost instantaneous.

Tradestar is pretty good. They even call if you enter the order wrong (like double the ask) to verify the order.

I'm pretty happy with them.

By the way there is a class-action call for all victims of the Barron Chase/Oasis scam which has crashed. SEE NUOA Thread
