Peter,
Doesn't seem like it to me. Roughly equal market caps between the companies (USAI - 5.8b--LCOS - 5.4b as of monday) but while LCOS shareholders get one for one shares those shares only get 30% of the newly combined company while USAI shareholders get over 60%. Looks like Barry Diller thought LCOS was overvalued?
