Mark,
I have been using them for a few weeks now and am very pleased. Their trading software works over internet and seems very fast. When I did experience a slow confirmation I called and the phone was answered in about 4 rings by a trader who called CBOE and confirmed my trade.

I mostly trade options so I can not comment on their various stock routing systems.
