I just got off the phone with Kevin. He is swamped and wanted me to pass the following information along in order to reduce the number of calls. 1. The Russians have confirmed acceptance of the bid. (Not in a way that I can find on the net, although that doesn't surprise me.) 2. There should be some more Russian news about the tax stamps on the 10th. The Russians are going to be starting up a very large education process about the new tax stamps. The plan is to put these stamps on alcohol first, then everything from personal computers to fitness equipment. 3. The audit will be out "quite soon" 4. They are working on the 98 audit and will soon be fully reporting. 5. They will be releasing news articles on 2 new technologies that will make holograms faster, better, and cheaper. HGRM is way ahead of the competition. 6. Kevin himself will try to update the web page this weekend. He wanted to do that a few months ago, but other things have kept him tied up. Like hiring new sales people, etc. 7. Shares (numbers off the top of Kevin's head): 10,080,000 authorized. 4,100,000 owned by management. 1,000,000 reserved for stock option plan. Of which there are 200,000 stock options issued. There are also 1,250,000 in warrants for $4/warrant for a total of $5,000,000. 8. They will be going to NASDAQ in the next few months. 9. HGRM is currently selecting a site in Russia for the new production facility. 10. Kevin believes the stock is currently under-valued. 11. A full-time writer will be hired to write a Holography Digest and help keep the web page current. Jim Burnham
