I wonder if PSUN could confiscate a shareholder's investment at half-price. I'd think it would generate one big lawsuit. Personally, I think that 'poison pill' provisions only protect a company's present management. It doesn't do anything for me as a shareholder. I _want_ acquirers to bid up shares of the companies I own. I don't understand why shareholders vote for 'poison pill' policies, unless they blindly support the proxy recommendations of management.

Darn...guess I'll have to withdraw my last buy order and live with the mere 14.99% I've accumulated! (It's gotta be the air up here...I'm hallucinating again.<g>)
