Gary, the one thing you keep forgetting here is that I am still an AZNT shareholder. Also, as you continue to run off at the lips, its not the shareholders of AZNT that you continue to state that are being discredited, its the shareholder that are revolting. If you'd like to talk to many of them, call Mike, ask him to talk to the shareholders. Ask the shareholders if they have received any of there shares, ask them when is the short squeeze and ask them HOW DOES THE DTC look this week?????

deans log from his msn conversation with quiel suggests he is now privy to the "conversations" of the aznt shorts. he also claims to have "infiltrated" your group

For the seventh time, put up or shut up.

As for the "declamation and liable" suit, thanks for confirming that Dean and WellRich are on the "definite" list. But what about the others?

- Jeff

jeffy boy, you can confirm with dean that your group is being sued for defamation & slander, in his conversation with sylver the other day he was reminded of that fact & reminded that communications must be through a lawyer.

Well, we certainly HOPE so. I'm really looking forward to that trip to the Hoover Dam.

But this is what I'm worried about: Mikey's by now involved in lawsuits up the wazoo. What, exactly, does he plan to use to pay all those pesky (and exhorbitant) legal fees? I really don't think his counsel's gonna be willing to accept 144 stock.

And since you're so close to Mikey, would you mind telling us what the current situation is with regard to Josh Landish? We know he resigned from the NexTech case; is he still representing the company in the Mann case?
