I hate to say this,but I think that CADE should do a reverse stock split (About a 1 for 5) That would lower the amount of shares outstanding and the share price would then be around $10 a share. Then the institutions would look at it and maybe see what a good company CADE is. I know that usually reverse stock splits are the kiss of death for most stocks,but in this case it might be worth it. Every once in a while reverse stock splits work.
