Trooper, guy on CNBC: "AOL @130 - 140 ". This may happen.
I am still 100% in cash. I am salivating to buy even as we speak.
However, however, there are still a lot of negatives that need to be digested before I decide to go back in:
-These are turbulent times.
-Prez on trial. A not-guilty verdict is not a foregone conclusion. Somebody just mentioned that there is a National Security Info system in the White House which COULD HAVE TAPED ALL OF BUBBA'S CONVERSATIONS!!! Think about those entering Senate's deliberations.
- A LOT of folks think ( erroneously IMHO ) that Bubba is responsible for our well being in the last 6 years. Well these folks must feel pretty economically insecure now with Bubba frying slowly.
-The increased margin requirements for Internut stocks has taken the steam off of many companies which were leading the market higher. We have to wait and see who the new leaders will be.
-interest rates are tending higher.Why?
a) Asia is coming back?
b)tighter labor markets?
c)red hot economy?
d)WSJ says today that the next move in interest rates will be up.
e)If Asia comes back , oil prices will too and this will move up inflation ever so slightly, but it will be a reversal.

So I am waiting,

TA
