AHT Corporation Announces New Agreements for Its Internet-Enabled Clinical E-Commerce Products

TARRYTOWN, N.Y.--(BW HealthWire)--Feb. 1, 1999--AHT Corporation (NASDAQ: AHTC - news) announced today seven new agreements for its Web Browser Dr. Chart(TM), traditional Dr. Chart(TM) and Medicare Compliance(TM) software products.

John Muir Medical Center, a 321-bed acute care facility in Walnut Creek, Calif., and Evanston Northwestern Healthcare, a 500-bed two-hospital system in suburban Chicago, have purchased AHT's Web Browser Dr. Chart(TM) product. Combined, these healthcare facilities employ approximately 1,750 physicians.

South Georgia Medical Center, a full-service, regional hospital serving parts of southern Georgia and northern Florida, has upgraded to AHT's Web Browser Dr. Chart(TM) product from the traditional version. In addition, Community General Hospital, a full-service hospital serving the Syracuse, NY area, has purchased the Company's Web Browser Dr. Chart(TM) product for use at the hospital. Community General Hospital's core laboratory is Laboratory Alliance of Central New York, which is a current Web Browser Dr. Chart (TM) customer. Together, South Georgia Medical Center and Community General Hospital employ approximately 420 physicians.

Bannock Regional Medical Center, an acute and long-term care facility
serving southeast Idaho, and Integrated Regional Laboratories, a
full-service laboratory serving hospitals in Georgia and Florida, have
purchased the traditional Dr. Chart(TM) software. Grenada Medical Center, a full-service community hospital in Grenada, Mississippi, has purchased AHT's Medicare Compliance(TM) product.

The Dr. Chart(TM) product electronically links physicians with clinical laboratories as well as hospital-based clinical laboratory, radiology and pathology facilities. The Web Browser Dr. Chart(TM) provides the benefits of a Web application within a secure intranet.
