Hi Jeff I agree with that and don't think the opportunity to buy under $1 will last that long. Confirmed deals as opposed to letters of intent, and the Beta site up and running this month will all be very positive for the price. I really hope that RDIM can follow through with what they plan to achieve in respect to both timing and financing. If so, then there is no doubt in my mind that we will have a winner in this one.
