Man, LCOS really jacked with their shareholders. 2.25 shares of USAI for each LCOS share. Before today's announcement, USAI was selling for around 38. That's 85 1/2 for LCOS, which closed at 127 yesterday. I guess the board feels they are making the best decision in the long run for LCOS, but that's quite a discount, considering what other portals have gone for very recently.
