<<Or, is this just a reaction to the market conditions and even fine company's get taken down with everyone else. Any thoughts? Appreciate anyone's insight.>>

I'll give you my 2 cents, Robin; remember, you get what you pay for! ; ) HD is likely a little ahead of itself on a traditional valuation basis. No problem for me as a long-term holder. Guaranteed to be some ups and downs, especially with the market as shaky as it seems to be, but one must decide if there is more risk in losing a good position vs. the risk of losing principal over the long term. I don't worry about temporary loss of capital gains. 'Course, your view is different if you're a trader. JMO, of course. ...Tim

Currently it's a reaction to the market, Robin. Yesterday, CNBC has 3 prominent analysts on who all said the market will correct soon. It takes an unusually strong stock to buck that pronouncement. Even DELL has been down 3 points. HD will be weak for a while too - until the market rejects this pessimism. In the long-term, HD will do well for you, and for everyone else.
