it does matter. many repubs would vote for school vouchers, the democrats will not hear of it. check out arizona, the republicans put through a 500 voucher system. who has done the most for welfare reform, certain republican governors.

if my congressman or senator failed to vote for impeachment or removal i would not vote for the person. i would then throw away my vote to some third party.

imagine being from jersey with two of the most liberal senators?
