Paul

I read your post and I get the impression that you have lost a rather large amount of
money.
First I do not want you to leave SI or get out of the stocktrading arena.
I don't know what you do for a living but I can tell you this you should be a writer.
You have a gift for writing that I envy and few others have.
Take it from someone that has lost their life savings in the market and don't let it get you
down. Stand tall and work twice harder and you will recover. Believe me you will recover.
Take a note pad out and write down a list of the things that made you get into the market in
the first place. Now make a list of the reasons for getting out of the market. Then evaluate what
you have written. I did this. I was amazed to find out that although money was an important part
for wanting to get into the market it was not the "main" reason for loving it so much. Money will
be made back and can be replaced.
It is funny sometimes how something may motivate you. When you least expected it will grab
you and not let you go.
My motivation of all things was a story on the news. When I lost all my money
I was mad at the world and mad at myself and believe it or not I would not even turn my computer on.
I simply gave up. I was tired of the BS and the people taking advantage of the little guy.
Then... I saw on the news one night a little child. A small little child that has never known anything but
love. This child was totally dependent on the world around it to live. In return this child could only give
you one thing. That one thing was "love". This child who had freely given its love and joy to the world
around it was.... (I can't even hardly write this because it upsets me so much) taken buy a low life son-of-
bitch and the lowest form of life known to mankind and molested. I can't even remotely think of how a human
being could do this to a child.
After seeing this story on the news I jumped up off of my couch and cussed myself and hated myself for
feeling sorry for myself and drowning in my own self pity. My little problem of losing money was not to
be compared to the suffering that that little child was going through. I decided right then and their at that
moment that I would never feel sorry for myself again and that I would take responsibility for my own actions.
I decided that I would not let the market beat me. I was going to win. I can do one of two things.
Work harder and be positive.
Or Quit.
I will never quit. Never.

Paul, I just hope that you will find your talents and let "us" your friends help you in what ever way we can.
Good luck to you and I hope you will be back.
Maybe in a very short time we will be able to see each other on another internet site.
It will be the best thing on the internet. I promise.
