turn over the 224K shares to NexTech when ordered to do so by the judge.

the judge ordered aznt issue 224k shares in violation of sec rules & regulations. charlies wifes cert was doctored & the forsenic specialist report verifies that. his stock was also restricted. after failing to get the legends lifted off of the stock before the restrictions were met ( & the stock is of 'voting only' status besides) , tiefer sued his buddy charlie who appears to be in hot water with natc over his short. aznt filed motion to set aside because of these facts.

Dan:

Talking about losing, Joe Lanza is now in prison for tax evasion. I
understand he tried until the very end for a stay of execution--no luck.

Shortly before he entered prison he was saying that you and I had hurt
him badly. I listened and could only shake my head silently. He still
cannot or won't understand how badly he has hurt all of us.

Take care.
