Actually, this is the same guy who sold when the stock was under $3. He appears to be a pretty good contrarian indicator. Who know's? Maybe he's in the process of a divorce.

Registering to sell is no guarantee of a sale taking place. Could be that he sees a top coming in the next few months, and he'd like to take advantage of it.
