Earlie, thanks. Although I disagree with most of your assessments of the current state of the PC market, I do respect and value your opinions. I, like most fortunate enough to have been long some these stocks for awhile, will require "hard" evidence before I sell. Sure I won't get out at the top. But even 20-40% from the top and I walk away a happy man.

Frankly, I would much rather see my faves grow stock price 20 to 30% a year, than go in the fits and starts that define technology. But volatility comes with the territory.

DELL, MSFT and to a lesser degree, INTC and CPQ have been overpriced for as long as I've owned them. But they are the leaders, and 5 years from now will be higher. Of course, if one believes the real BK is coming, then puts on these guys is the way to go. I don't believe its coming (obviously) <g>.
