Thomas, I meant to say Australia as "point of dispatch". Sorry for the confusion. All operations will be fully regulated out of Australia's Norfolk Islands as I understand it. Class action suit has been settled. We are waiting for the last couple of named plaintiffs to sign off on it and then for the courts expected approval. This does not resolve "all" legal issues. It resolves the shareholder class action only. Vendor claims were not part of the class action and will have to be dealt with on an individual basis. That's all I know at this point. I will try to find out more. mike
