Sam-

Well, I think that Checkfree WILL meet all of the criteria at some point in the future.

Certainly, the Rule Breaker port has selected companies in the past that don't completely meet all the criteria, and so I wanted to at least propose it. Amgen is a recent example of one without much consumer presence, and Starbucks certainly didn't have 90 relative strength.

Now, over the past 6 months, Checkfree has gone from around 6 dollars to over 30. That's pretty strong appreciation as far as I'm concerned.
I admit it's only from a short time ago, but I believe that this happenned at the same time that CheckFree started to re-invent itself to de-emphasize working only, or at least primarily with banks, which is what got the company in trouble in the first place.

If CheckFree isn't a Rule Breaker - redefining a large important industry in it's own image- I don't know what is.
